While some clients may benefit from short-term focused coaching, others may prefer a longer-term coaching relationship. The frequency of sessions is typically determined collaboratively between the client and me, with most clients scheduling sessions once a week or bi-weekly for consistent progress and support.

    Absolutely. Anything said in our sessions will be held in the strictest confidence. The only exception is if you are planning to hurt yourself or someone else.
